288wn Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the player) and 288wn (the platform) when you access or use any part of the 288wn website, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, fish shooting games, promotions, and all related services. By registering an account or placing any form of wager or bet on 288wn, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms apply to all registered users of the 288wn platform regardless of how they access the service — desktop browser, mobile browser or any other method. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

288wn reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any dispute or ambiguity.

2 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of 288wn — including casino games, sports betting, fish games and promotions — you must register an account. Account registration is free.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for personal use only, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an existing active account on 288wn. Each player is permitted one account only.

288wn reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested will have withdrawal access suspended until documents are provided and reviewed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 288wn is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised access resulting from a player sharing or inadequately protecting their credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 288wn support immediately so that the account can be secured.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 288wn are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is confirmed at the time of deposit on the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the Deposit section of your account. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within minutes. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• 288wn does not charge a platform-side deposit fee. Check your payment provider's own terms for any applicable charges on their end.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts and methods that are in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• If a deposit is made using a method not in your own name, 288wn reserves the right to void any winnings and return the original deposit amount, subject to verification.
• 288wn does not accept deposits intended to be held as a balance without gameplay. The platform is a gaming service, not a payment holding service.

If you experience any issues with a deposit — including a transaction that appears to have debited your payment account but has not appeared in your 288wn balance — contact support with your transaction reference number and the payment method used.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 288wn are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are processed in PKR. Standard processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts during normal operating periods.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Account verification must be completed before the first withdrawal. This involves providing identity and payment method documents as requested.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is confirmed in the withdrawal section of your account at the time of request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If a bonus is active on your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before the portion of your balance derived from that bonus becomes withdrawable. Alternatively, you may forfeit any active bonus to release your deposited balance for withdrawal.
• 288wn reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or pattern relative to account activity, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time for a reason not communicated to you, please contact support with your withdrawal reference and the platform will investigate.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

288wn offers various promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, and event-specific offers tied to cricket and PSL match schedules. All bonuses are subject to the terms specified at the time of the offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements — the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to certain game categories. Wagering in restricted game types may not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement, or may count at a reduced rate. Refer to the individual promotion terms for applicable game restrictions.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus is applicable at a time per account unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• 288wn reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player's account if evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the promotion is found.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, one per household, one per IP address, and one per payment method.

Full terms for all current promotions are published on the Promotions page. If any aspect of a promotion term is unclear, contact support before claiming the bonus.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 288wn sports betting section and all gameplay in casino and fish game sections are subject to the rules described below, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 288wn does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of verifiable technical fault on the platform's side.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across different game types and sports markets. These are displayed in the betslip and game interface at the time of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a live game or sports match, 288wn reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Settlement decisions made under these circumstances are final.
• Sports bet settlement follows official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of match abandonment, the specific settlement rules detailed in the betting section's terms apply.
• All casino games and fish games operate using certified random number generator (RNG) systems. 288wn does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per session across different product categories. These limits are published in the relevant section of the platform.

If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you must raise a dispute with support within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

7 Responsible Gaming

288wn is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may have a cooling-off period applied.
• Session Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Temporary exclusion periods range from a minimum of 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account permanently. All self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.

During any active self-exclusion period, 288wn will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. If you receive marketing during an active exclusion period in error, please contact support immediately.

288wn staff are not able to provide counselling or advice on gambling-related issues but will assist with applying any of the above tools to your account. Please visit the Responsible Gaming page for more information and guidance on staying in control of your gaming activity.

8 Player Conduct

All players on 288wn are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical tools to play games or place bets without human intervention.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or miscalculations in your favour. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known technical error must be reported and may be voided.
• Using VPNs, proxy services or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from illegal activity on the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers or circumvent a self-exclusion.

288wn reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation when prohibited activity is suspected. If an investigation concludes that a violation occurred, the account may be permanently closed and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature of the violation.

9 Privacy & Data

288wn collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and verification is used to manage your account, process payments, fulfil legal obligations and send platform communications.
• Payment data is handled securely. 288wn does not store full card numbers and uses secure payment processing channels for all PKR transactions.
• 288wn will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers involved in platform operation under appropriate data processing agreements.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data 288wn holds about you, and the right to request correction of inaccurate data. Contact support to submit a data subject request.

For the full privacy terms, please read the Privacy Policy.

10 Changes to These Terms

288wn may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, you will be notified by email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Minor updates — such as clarifications, formatting corrections or non-material additions — may be made without prior notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision date.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of 288wn after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
